Surfworld International Surf Film Festival

The best surf films and documentaries are coming to the
Surfworld International Surf Film Festival to be staged at
the Surfworld Museum, Torquay from Tuesday 3rd-Friday 6th
January, 2012.
The festival is held in the surf capital of Australia,
Torquay and located five minutes from the iconic Bells Beach
in Victoria.
Last year the festival premiered Adam Blaiklock's surf
thriller CAUGHT INSIDE which is currently receiving rave
reviews around Australia during its theatrical season.
Some of the highlights of the 2012 festival include the
Australian premier of FOR BETTER FOR WORSE, a very special
screening of the award winning doco/drama FIRST LOVE and
surf travel documentary THIRTY THOUSAND which has just won
Best Sound at the New York Surf Film Festival.
The festival will also screen never before seen surf footage
from Bells Beach as part of its unique shorts program.
Audience members will have the chance to vote on their
favourite films at the festival.
The official Festival Program will be launched in early
December. Tickets for the festival go on sale at Surfworld
from December 10th.
The 2012 Surfworld International Surf Film Festival is a
must see for people interested in unique surfing stories
from Australia and around the world.
